Boarding and Hold Harmless Agreement for Mares and Stallions
Being tested for Contagious Equine Metritis ( C.E.M.)
This Agreement entered into on day of  , 20       between

In exchange for ADR providing care, custody and control of said horse which includes feed, water, turn out, Exclusive Veterinary, Farrier or miscellaneous expenses, presenting said horse for inspection to required State agents, and representing owner's interest with said State and Federal Agencies, the undersigned horse owner hereby agrees to the following:
 
  1. Payment of $ for duration of C.E.M. quarantine.
   2.   Owner will maintain insurance equal to the full value of the horse for the duration of the period that the horse is under the care, custody and control of ADR, including shipping, and agrees that ADR's full liability in the event of death or injury to said horse is limited to one hundred dollars ($100.00).
 
   3.   Owner will be responsible for any damage done to the facilities and equipment owned by ADR  by said horse.
 
   4.   Except for wanton and/or willful negligence, horse owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, ADR, its owners, agents, employees the land owner of ADR, Armin and Petra Wagner.
 
   5. ADR  offers Shipping Services  from USDA Port of Entry, Newburgh NY to ADR
 Quarantine Station, Long Valley NJ.**

THE ABOVE NAMED OWNER STIPULATES THAT BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT AND RETURNING IT TOGETHER WITH $ SAID HORSE MUST REMAIN WITHIN THE PHYSICAL BOUNDARIES OF THE QUARANTINE FACILITY AND THAT  HE/SHE HAS READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTS THE TERMS SPECIFIED HEREIN.*
